Indian filter coffee is a beautiful and flavorful ritual when brewed with the traditional metal filter canister and cooled in a davarah cup, but this coffee can also be enjoyed however you like. The unique combination begins with single-origin Arabica coffee beans – grown at 3100 feet (950 meters) above sea level and handpicked on our Igoor family estate utilizing Fair Trade practices. We then add in roasted chicory, which gives this coffee an earthy note and holds hot water for longer, more nuanced decoction, facilitating the unique Indian filter brewing process.
