With the flavorful collaboration of a semi-wet process and sun drying, our already-sensational specialty single-origin premium Arabica beans become something grand through the honey sun-dried method. Each of these premium Arabica coffee is grown at 4000 feet (1220 meters) above sea level, on dedicated micro plots on our estate which gives each batch supreme quality control. Once these Fair-Trade coffee cherries are selectively hand-picked, the cherry is then stripped to reveal the sticky, honey-like mucilage layer – the origin of the process name – which remains in place throughout the drying process to add complexity to the finished flavour. Once dried on raised tables for 2 weeks, these hybrid-processed coffee beans are hand-sorted and are ready to be roasted by a DIY-minded coffee fan into a finished, ready-to-grind form
